Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains our refund and cancellation practices.

1. Refund Window

We offer refunds within 7 days of enrolment provided that the student has attended no more than one class. Requests made after 7 days or after more than one class attendance will not be eligible for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email info@mindmasterabacus.com with the following details:

• Parent Name
• Student Name
• Phone Number
• Date of Payment
• Reason for refund request

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel enrolment at any time. Cancellations will follow the same refund eligibility rules described above. Any unused future sessions will not be refunded beyond the 7-day policy.
